About Us
Cooke Womens RFC is the longest standing womens club in Ulster, being established in 1992. During the formation we were placed into Division One of the All Ireland League, where we have remained to this day.. We are currently the only team competing in Division One from the province of Ulster. Cooke Womens RFC welcomes players of ages and abilites to train and play rugby on both a Monday and Thursday night from 7pm-8.30pm.

We have provided the majority of Ulster Players since the first Ulster match was played in January 1996!
We have produced 25 International Test Players since the first Ireland match in 1993, from which two of our players have captained Ireland!
Our most capped Cooke player has 53 caps!
One of valued members was the Ireland Team Manager from 2007 to 2011!
